History

Jacquelyn Robins has practiced law for more than 30 years, working the majority of that time as a criminal defense attorney. Ms. Robins served as the Chief Public Defender for the State of New Mexico from 1985 to 1991. She resigned in 1991 in order to return to the courtroom. For more than 10 years, Ms. Robins has worked as a sole practitioner, devoting her practice to criminal defense and related issues. In 2005 the Ms. Robins received the Charles Driscoll Award, given to her by the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Ms. Robins practices in the federal court for the District of New Mexico, and all state and municipal courts in the State of New Mexico. Her caseload includes Driving Under the Influence (DWI/DUI), domestic violence (DV), sex offenses, drug crimes and juvenile offenses. She also is licensed to practice in the State of New York, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, Colorado, and the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. Contact Jacquelyn Robins
